The Jumbo Loan - Coastal Culture Bank
The Coastal Heritage Bank provides jumbo floor loans ranging from $417,001 to $1,500,000 for 1-4 families, main residences and second residences, with credit periods of up to 30 years. Your interest rates for a fixed-rate mortgagor remain the same for the duration of the loan. One of the advantages of a static interest loan is that you always know exactly how much your loan will be and you can make plans for it.
Interest on both compliant and jumbo mortgage loans is offered. Interest and annual percentage points may rise after the loan has been determined. When the loan is covered by a first pledge, your amount will be higher.
Each of the above annual percentage rate of charge assumes a loan amount of $100,000, 20% ownership interest in the real estate and, unless otherwise stated, a 30 year payback period. Any of the above annual percentage rate of charge are higher for credits with a Loan-to-Value (LTV) of more than 80% as they involve personal mortgages which increases the amount of money paid each month and the annual percentage rate of charge.
