The FHA 2018 lending standards are included in a 1,009-page "Handbook" from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Here is what you need to know about the demands on an FHA loans without goverment lingo and notes. One basic prerequisite for an FHA-insured debt is a FICO exposure of 500 or better.
