Home-equity lines of credit interest

Equity Interest on loans as at 17 September 2018. APR is 2.99% for the first 12 month implementation time. After the launch phase, the annual percentage point may fluctuate each quarter on the basis of the then prevailing base interest rates as reported in the Wall Street Journal (currently 5.00% APR) plus a zero spread.

Equity Rates

Qualifying borrowers may be subject to other borrowing condition on the basis of the value of the loan. The following shall be applicable to all our home ownership credits. This is the amount of all mortgage payments multiplied by the value of the asset, in percent. The descriptive annual percentages (APRs) only refer to credits guaranteed by owner-occupied property.

The other credit charges are approximately $170.00 to $300.00. The annual percentage rates shown in the above chart are valid from 30 May 2018 and are changeable without prior notification.
