As a rule, the funding programmes with the lowest FICO-sensitive demands are those covered by the Federal Housing Administration. The FHA's streamlined funding programme - a fast-track programme for good reputation FHA housing loan schemes -, for example, has no MCR. Theoretically, you can be qualified for a streamlined refinance with any number of points.
