Design-and-Home - Individual House Financing
For more than seven years we have been participating in the US Federal Lending Programme. Des Moines subway area and its nearest outskirts are not suitable for this programme. The non-assisted areas are Urbandale, Waukee, Johnston, Altoona, Clive, West Des Moines, Grimes, Norwalk, Ankeny and Altoona. But all other nearby municipalities are still considered worthy, which includes Mitchellville, Bondurant, Polk City, Granger, Adel, Desoto, Van-Meter, Winterset, Indianola, Carlisle and Runnells.
We have two programme eligibility levels, which you can choose based on your home income: Family members with four children who earn less than $58,000 a year can get payment support each month that allows them to borrow up to $168,000. Family earning over $58,000/year up to $110,000/year with no credit limit. None of the two programmes require a down payment and candidates can obtain 100% funding inclusive of closure fees.
It is our dedication to customer care and excellence that has brought us many faithful Des Moines clients.
