Could I get a CEE?
In order to receive a VA Loan Directly or VA Supported Home Loan, you need a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to show your creditor that you are eligible for this advantage on the basis of your employment record and employment level. Remember that you must also fulfill the loan and salary needs of your lenders in order to obtain a loan.

It is possible that you may receive a CEE if you fulfil at least one of the following conditions. If you have used a claim in the past to buy another home with a VA-supported loan, you may be able to "recover" it if you fulfill at least one of the conditions below.
In order to apply for recovery of the claim, complete an application for a Certificate of Eligibility (VA Form 26-1880) and submit it to the VA Central Credit Register for your state. Locate the VA Central Loan Office in your country.
